Loans 2 Go is the trading name of Loans 2 Go Limited. We have been providing personal loans in the UK for over 20 years and are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
We offer unsecured personal loans to customers who may not be able to access credit from mainstream lenders. Our aim is to lend responsibly, support customers throughout their loan, and help them make informed decisions about borrowing.

Who our loans are for
Our loans may be suitable if you:

Our loans may not be suitable if you can access lower-cost credit elsewhere or if borrowing would put you under financial strain. We encourage all customers to consider alternative options before applying.

Treating customers fairly and acting in your best interests is central to how we operate.
We make sure the key terms of your loan agreement are clearly presented before you decide whether to proceed. You will have the opportunity to review the full agreement and ask questions before signing.
We carry out affordability assessments using information about your income, regular outgoings, and other financial commitments to ensure that any loan we offer is affordable based on your individual circumstances. If we believe a loan would not be affordable, we will not offer it.
All loan terms, including repayment amounts and duration, are clearly shown before you decide whether to proceed, and you can contact us at any point if you have questions.
Supporting you during your loan
We understand that financial circumstances can change.
If you are struggling to make payments, we encourage you to contact us as early as possible. We will listen to your situation and work with you to explore appropriate support options, which may include adjusting your repayment plan where possible.
We can also signpost you to free, independent debt advice organisations if you need additional support.
Vulnerable customers and additional support
We recognise that some customers may need extra support due to their personal circumstances, health, or financial situation.
If you feel you may be vulnerable or need additional help, please let us know. Our trained teams will take this into account and aim to provide support that is appropriate

Eligibility Checker
Our eligibility checker allows you to see whether you may be eligible for a loan without affecting your credit score. A full credit check is only carried out if you proceed with a full application.
Payment Frequency
We offer flexible repayment frequencies to help align repayments with how you are paid. Available options include weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments, subject to agreement terms.
Loan Duration
Our unsecured loans are typically offered over 18 or 24 months, depending on the loan amount. You can choose to repay your loan early at any time, in line with your agreement.
Regulation and oversight
Loans 2 Go Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and is a member of the Consumer Credit Trade Association (CCTA). We have dedicated Compliance and Customer Support teams to help ensure our products and services meet regulatory standards and deliver good outcomes for our customers.
