If you’re worried about money or struggling to keep up with payments, help is available for you. Speaking to someone early may make things feel more manageable.

There are a number of organisations that offer free, confidential and independent money and debt advice. They can help you understand your options, deal with creditors, and reduce financial stress. Getting advice will not affect your credit file.

You do not have to be in arrears to contact these services.
